## Complaints Policy

**Empowered Legal Resolutions**, we are committed to delivering exceptional legal services with professionalism, compassion, and integrity. However, we recognise that there may be times when our clients feel dissatisfied with the service provided.

This complaints policy sets out how you can raise concerns, how we will respond, and what steps you can take if you remain unsatisfied. Our aim is to resolve matters promptly, fairly, and with full transparency.

**2. How to Make a Complaint:**  
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please raise your concern as soon as possible.

⦁    Your full name and contact details.

⦁    The outcome you are seeking.

**3. What Happens Next?**  
**⦁    Acknowledgement:** We will acknowledge your complaint in writing within 5 working days of receiving it.  
**⦁    Investigation:** Your complaint will be carefully reviewed by Sarika Jetwani or a designated senior member of our team.  
**⦁    Response:** We will aim to provide you with a detailed written response within 28 days. If more time is needed, we will explain the reason and provide an updated timescale.

**4. Continuous Improvement:**  
Every complaint we receive is an opportunity to learn and improve. We regularly review complaints to ensure our services meet the highest standards of care, professionalism, and client satisfaction.
